Oxana Balayan, the founder of the leading consulting firm BALAYAN GROUP and a prominent businesswoman, organized the Exclusive Ladies’ Dinner at LUI, a new restaurant in Moscow (a project by the Semifreddo Group). The intimate event brought together influential women, including chief editors of major business publications, owners and top executives from Russia’s largest companies, founders of promising startups, and star influencers. The evening's theme was Neo Luxury, a trend that has replaced "quiet luxury" and is now playing a key role in the development of international business.

The Exclusive Ladies’ Dinner is part of a series of private, curated events led by Oxana Balayan, aimed at highlighting women's leadership, facilitating experience-sharing among top industry professionals, and fostering new collaborations. Each dinner features a special guest who shares insights on emerging trends and modern business development tools. One of the notable special guests was Dmitry Aksenov, founder and chairman of RDI Group, a leading developer, philanthropist, contemporary art collector, and the founder of the Aksenov Family Foundation, which supports cultural and social innovation projects.

The special guest for this dinner was Arsen Balayan, Commercial Director for Breitling International (India, Israel, Turkey, South Africa). Arsen, with over 30 years of leadership experience in top luxury brands, previously served as General Manager for Breitling Russia and spent 17 years at BMW Group, rising through the ranks as brand manager, regional sales manager, and director of sales and marketing.
